摘要
目的:采用HPLC法测定辣椒浸出物中辣椒素的含量。方法:C18色谱柱,以乙腈-水(50∶50)为流动相,检测波长为229 nm。结果:本方法重现性及精密度良好,回收率为99.4%,RSD为1.22%。结论:方法简便,专属性强;可用于辣椒浸出物的质量控制。
Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the determination of capsaicin in the ethanol extract of capsicum. Method: The chromatographic conditions were as follow: Kromasil Cls (250mm×4. 6mm, 5μm) column was used, a mobile phase composed of acetonitrilewater (50: 50) , with detection wavelength at 229nm. Result: The method showed good repetition and precision. The average recovery was 99.4%, RSD 1.22%. Conclusion : The proposed method is simple, reliabe, can be the method for the determination of capsaicin.
