自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗20例糖尿病足的临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法选取20例糖尿病足患者应用自体骨髓干细胞移植进行治疗。结果自体骨髓干细胞移植能有效地增加糖尿病足患者的下肢血流,使疼痛得到快速而有效的缓解,伤口愈合,踝肱指数显著上升。结论自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗糖尿病足简便、安全、有效。
