摘要
目的观察比较慢性前列腺炎患者精液参数改变情况。方法分别检查慢性前列腺炎患者和正常生育者各40例的精液，并对2组精液主要参数进行比较。结果慢性前列腺炎患者在精液量、精子活动百分率、精子正常形态百分率以及精液中的白细胞数等与正常生育者差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．01），精子密度与正常生育者比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论慢性前列腺炎患者的精液部分主要参数较正常生育者明显降低。
Objective To investigate the changes of semen of chronic prostatitis patients. Methods The semen samples of 40 chronic prostatitis patients and 40 fertile volunteers were analyzed and the main semen parameters of the two groups were compared. Results The mean semen volumes, spermmotility and normal sperm morphology as well as the white cell counts from the chronic prostatitis patients were significantly different from those of the normal fertile men（P 〈0.01 for each） ,but sperm density of these patients was not significantly different from that of the normal fertile men （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions The main semen parameters of the chronic prostatitis patients are significantly decreased as compared with those of the normal controls.
