In the article, the conception of establishing Guangxi-ASEAN economic district is pointed out, and several kinds of model of founding Guangxi-ASEAN economic district is set up. In my opinion, Guangxi has met the situation of establishing Guangxi-ASEAN economic district at present. Firstly, Guangxi has the special advantage of nature, history and geograghy; secondly, Guangxi has achieved greatly in economy since the policy of reform and openness was carried out; the annual China-ASEAN Expo is held in Nanning. All above provide the opportunities to build Guangxi-ASEAN economic district.
