碳布增强SiC/C新型共烧结合金的研究Ⅲ——烧结合金抗弯强度-挠度关系的群子统计理论研究

摘要 研究发现,碳布增强 SiC/C 共烧合金的抗弯强度-挠度关系曲线表现出与常规材料截然不同的特征.随挠度的增加,抗弯强度有一极大值,且最后趋于一种"稳态"。本文首次运用非线性群子统计理论模拟了这类曲线,建立了模拟方程,并运用群子统计参数的变化从微观角度探讨了这类曲线的变化实质. It is found in this study that the curves of the relation between the flexible strength and deflection of the carbon fiber fabric reinforced SiC/C co-sintered alloy are quite defferent from those of the ordinary materials.In this paper,the Non-linear Sub-cluster theory is first used to set up a model equation about the unusual relation curves,and the mechanism of the change in the relation is explained from the parameters of the equation reasonablly.
