微波辐照橡胶籽壳氯化锌法制备活性炭的研究 被引量:8

摘要 本文以橡胶籽为原料,采用微波辐照氯化锌法制备活性炭。研究了浸渍时间、氯化锌浓度、微波功率和辐照时间等因素对活性炭吸附性能和得率的影响。确定了用橡胶籽制备活性炭的最佳工艺条件:浸渍时间24 h,氯化锌浓度50%,微波功率280 W,辐照时间7 min。在此工艺条件下制备的活性炭其碘吸附值为829.46 mg.g-1,亚甲基蓝吸附值为126.5 ml.g-1,得率可达23.8%。此工艺所需活化时间为传统方法的1/30。 In this paper, a description is given of the preparation of activated carbon from rubber seeds with zinc chloride (ZnCl2) by microwave radiation, and researches are conducted on the effects of impregnating time, ZnCl2 solution concentration, microwave power and activation time on the adsorption capability and yield of activated carbon. The optimum technology on preparing activated carbon with ZnCl2 by microwave radiation has been determined as follows:24 hours of impregnating time , 50% of ZnCl2 solution concentrationm,280W of microwave power, and 7 minutes of radiation time, which can have a yield of 23.8%, the iodine adsorption value of the activated carbon is 829.46mg · g^-1, and its methylene blue adsorption value is 126.5ml· g^-1. The quality of activated carbon is better than the first grade product specified in the National Standard. The activation time of this process was 30 times as fast as the conventional heating process.
