聚丙烯装置气蒸罐料位控制系统改造

摘要 为解决聚丙烯装置气蒸罐处理量增大带来的料位控制系统无法稳定运行的问题,对此料位控制系统进行了2次技术改造:更换了预紧力较大的预紧弹簧;在料位监控回路中加装了延时抗干扰继电器回路,延时时间根据气蒸罐处理量的变化调整范围为5~90s。改造后可避免料位控制器的误输出,装置运行正常。 During the production expansion in capacity of PP production line, with the gradual increasing of dealing capacity the steam braising tank’s level control system cannot run steadily seriously affecting safe production. Therefore, mechanical adjusting of the control system has been made and anti-jamming relay circuit has been added to the level control loop. After two technical improvement, problem has been successfully solved and in addition, successful experience has been provided for reference in other similar level control system's improvement.
