摘要 目的探讨矿物中药中12种微量元素的测定方法。方法以Bi、Sc、In、Y作内标,采用电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP—MS)分别测定不同矿物中药汤剂中12种微量元素的含量。结果方法的线性范围宽,线性相关系数均〉0.999,测定12种元素的相对偏差(n=7)≤3.7%,各元素的加标回收率为91.1~107.1%。结论方法简单、快速、灵敏、准确,适用于矿物中药汤剂中12种微量元素同时测定。 [ Objective] To explore a method for the determination of 12 trace elements in mineralized traditional Chinese medicine. [ Methods ] Bi, Sc, In and Y were used as the internal standard ; inductively coupled plasma - mass spectrometry ( ICP - MS) was applied to determine the content of 12 trace elements in the mineralized traditional Chinese medicine. [ Results] This method had a wide linear range; the linear correlative coefficient for all the elements was higher than 0.999; RSD≤3.7% ; the average recovery rate was 91.1 ~ 107.1%. [ Conclusion] This method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate; it can be used for simultaneous determination of 12 trace elements in mineralized traditional Chinese medicine.
