摘要 目的探讨肺功能测定对不同肺功能状况的吸烟者戒烟行为的影响。方法将进行体检的546例吸烟者随机分成两组,常规体检组250例接受常规体检,肺功能测定组除常规体检外还接受肺功能测定,然后根据体检结果有针对性地对两组体检者进行健康教育劝其戒烟,分别计算两组的戒烟率和成功戒烟率,并进行比较。结果肺功能测定组总的戒烟率和成功戒烟率分别为22.3%和7.4%,与常规体检组(分别为20.8%和4.8%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但肺功能测定组中肺功能结果异常者戒烟率和成功戒烟率分别达到44.4%和27.8%,与同组中肺功能正常者(19.2%和4.6%)和常规体检组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);而肺功能测定组肺功能结果正常者与常规体检组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肺功能测定能促使肺功能异常的吸烟者成功戒烟,从而在某种程度上延缓由吸烟所致的慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的病程。肺功能测定应纳入常规体检项目在全国推广。 [ Objective ] To explore the effect of lung function examination on the quitting behavior of the cigarette smokers with different status of lung function. [ Methods] 546 smokers were randomly divided into two groups. The 250 cases in the routine examination group received routine physical examination and other cases in the lung function examination group received lung function examination besides the routine physical examination ; all the cases in the two groups were dissuaded from smoking and the quitting ratio and the successful rate were calculated and compared between the two groups. [ Results] The quitting ratio and the successful rate in the lung function examination group were 22.3% and 7.4% respectively, that of the routine examination group were 20.8% and 4. 8% respectively, the difference was not significant ( P 〉0. 051 ; The quitting ratio and the successful rate among the cases with abnormal lung function in the lung function examination group were 44.4% and 27.8% respectively, the difference was significant compared with that of the cases with normal lung function in the same group ( 19.2% and 4.6% respectivelyl and the routine physical examination group ( P 〈0. 01 ). No significant difference was found between the cases with normal lung function in the lung function examination group and routine examination group (P 〉0. 05). [ Conclusion]Lung function examination can help the cigarette smokers quit smoking successfully, therefore delays the attack of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD ). Lung function examination should be included into the routine physical examination.
