Hospital culture building is a highly unified management in line with scientism, standardization and humanity. Hospital culture is the manifestation of the hospital' s key competitiveness and the quality of the hospital brand. Developing the hospital culture sets a higher demand on staff's ideological ideas, services and medical quality. The staff's cohesion, creativity and intelligence play a critical role in hospital cultural construction. The key in creating a hospital cultural brand lies in establishing a unity of people-centered idea and culture management in harmony with emotional factors.
