摘要
连轧管生产所用主传动异步电动机采用变频器交流传动,对电动机容量设计提出了较高要求。介绍了攀钢集团成都钢铁有限责任公司Φ340mmMPM连轧管机主传动变频异步电动机的容量设计校验、机械特性分析情况,针对高于额定转速运行的负载转矩要求,提出了新的主传动变频异步电动机的容量校验计算方法。
Since the main drive asynchronous motors of the MPM are of the frequency converter AC drive type, the requirement for design of the motor' s capacity is rather stringent. Elaborated in the article are the capacity calibration and the mechanical characteristics of the main drive variable frequency asynchronous motor of the 14" MPM located in Pangang Group Chengdu I & S Co., Ltd. Addressing the required on-load torque for operation with rpm higher than the rated value, a new calculation method for capacity calibration of the said motor is proposed.
