视野损害的青光眼患者不同麻醉方式的手术效果

Effect with two anesthesia method in glaucoma patients with defect of visual field

目的探讨两种麻醉方法在青光眼手术中的应用效果。方法84例(122眼)视野损害的青光眼患者被随机分成两组接受小梁切除术:表面麻醉组53眼,表面麻醉+球结膜下浸润组69眼。观察术中并发症、术中对麻醉药的反应情况。结果表面麻醉+球结膜下浸润组显效率高于表面麻醉组,差异有显著性(χ2=4.635,P=0.031<0.05)。两组无严重并发症。结论对视野损害的青光眼患者,表面麻醉+球结膜下浸润是更安全、可靠、实用的麻醉方法。

Objective To compare the analgesia effect with two anesthesia method in glaucoma patients defect of visual field. Methods One hundred and twenty - two eyes of 84 patients with defect of visual field were randomly divided into 2 groups. 53 eyes were operated with topical anesthesia and 69 eyes with topical anesthesia combined with ＂subconjunctival anesthesia. Complication and reaction of anesthesia were observed. Results The rate of excellence is higher in topical anesthesia combined with subconjuctival anesthesia group than in topical anesthesia, showed ignificant difference （X^2 =4. 635 ,P = 0. 031 〈 0.05）. And no severe complications were observed in all cases. Conclusions Trabeculectomy applying topical anesthesia combined with subconjuctival anesthesia is safer and reliable to patient with defect of visual field.
