汽车大梁钢板层流冷却过程的仿真研究

摘要 以某钢铁厂板带轧后的冷却过程为背景,分析了汽车大梁钢板(T510L)层流冷却的全过程,所建立的层流冷却系统仿真模型对于CSP热连轧层流冷却系统有较好的适应性,能够对实际生产起到较好的指导作用。 Based on the after- roiling cooling process in some plant, the whole laminar flow cooling in production of car beam sheet (TSIOL) is analyzed. The simulating model built for laminar flow cooling system has a good suitability for CSP hot continuous- roiling cooling system.
