摘要 结合宣钢高炉碱害严重的问题,模拟高炉软融带,通过浸渍法使焦炭表面吸附不同浓度的碳酸钠和碳酸钾,在900℃、1000℃、1100℃、1200℃分别测定吸附碱金属后焦炭的反应性及反应后强度。结果表明:在实验的温度范围内,随着温度的升高焦炭的反应性越高,反应后强度越差。钾、钠对碳溶反应起正催化作用,焦炭中碱金属浓度越高,碳溶反应的速率就越快。 Against the basic damage in blast furnace of Xuan Steel, the experiment is done in simulation to softening zone of B.F. to make coke's surface absorbing sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate of different density by infusion and then determine cokeg reactivity and after - reaction intensity under 900 ℃, 1 000 ℃, 1 100 ℃, 1 200 ℃. It is showed from the result that within the experimentg temperature range, cokeg reactivity gets higher and its afterreaction intensity worse along with temperature becomes higher; potassium and sodium play a role of positive catalysis and the higher their density and the fast the carbon - dissolve reaction.
