摘要
邯钢6号(380m3)高炉小修喷补后开炉过程中,因喷补料影响,使渣中Al2O3含量高,渣铁流动性差,无法及时排净渣铁,导致风口二套连续烧坏。分析了产生的原因后,从4个方面采取处理措施,解决了风口二套连续烧坏的问题,使开炉进度加快。
It is analyzed the reason of continuous burning up of second jacket of tuyere of No, 6(380 m^3 ) B, F, in blowing up after minor repair and gunning: because of influence of gunning material, too high content of Al2O3 in slag brought about the bad flow capacity of slag iron and the later cant be removed in time, The measures in 4 respects were adopted and the blowing up process push forward.
