摘要
分析了Φ315mm双极串联电渣锭发生崩块夹渣的原因,通过采取电极棒热重熔和电极棒埋砂缓冷等工艺措施,大幅度减少了电渣锭崩块夹渣缺陷。
The reason for break - up and inclusion of Φ 315 bipolar series - connecting electroslag remelted ingot is analyzed. It is reduced by a big margin with measures adopted such as hot electrode bar remelting and electrode bar being covered in sand and slowly cooled.
