摘要
目的建立工作场所空气中铍及其化合物的测定方法。方法参考《NIOSH分析方法手册》,研究用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定空气中微量的铍。内容包括石墨炉条件的选择、方法线形范围、特征浓度和检出限、方法精密度和回收率。结果该法线形范围为0~4μg/L;回归方程相关系数为0.999,特征浓度为0.034μg/L,检出限为0.024μg/L,精密度RSD为1.0%~7.7%,回收率为90.8%~100%。结论该方法适用于工作场所空气中铍及其化合物的测定。
[ Objective ] To establish a method for determining beryllium and its compounds in the air the workplaces. [ Methods ] With the reference of "NIOSH Manual of Analytical Methods", graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometer was applied to detect minim beryllium in the air of the workplaces, including the working condition of graphite furnace, linear range, characteristic concentration, detection limit, precision and recovery of the method. [ Results] The linear range of this method was 0 - 4μg/L; r = 0. 999; characteristic concentration was 0. 034μg/L; detection limit was 0. 024μg/L; RSD was 1.0 - 7.7% ; recovery rate was 90.8% - 100%. [ Conclusion]This method is applicable for the determination of beryllium and its compounds in the air the work- places.
