老年肺结核633例患病情况分析

Analysis of 633 Cases of Senile Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的探讨宁夏回族自治区中宁县老年肺结核患病情况。方法因症就诊及转诊到我站的疑似肺结核病人进行抗酸杆菌痰涂片检查和X线胸片检查,对诊断为肺结核的病人资料进行统计分析。结果1999—2005年中宁县共有肺结核病人1 130例,老年肺结核病人633例,占56.02%;涂阳比例为82.46%。结论该县老年人肺结核患病率较高,应重视老年肺结核病的控制工作。

[ Objective] To explore the situation of senile tuberculosis in Zhongning County of Ninxia. [ Methods] Sputum smears and chest X - ray check were conducted on the suspected pulmonary tuberculosis cases; the data of the tuberculosis patients was statistically analyzed. [ Results] 1 130 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were found in Zhongning County during 1999 - 2005, 633 of which （56.02%） were senile tuberculosis; the positive rate of the sputum smear was 82.46%. [ Conclusion] The morbidity of senile tuberculosis in this county is relatively high; emphasis should be put on the control work.
