摘要
对岩石抗拉试验采用劈裂法时,经对试样的试验状态、受力方向、形状和尺寸,不同垫条材料及尺寸的试验结果的对比分析,得出劈裂法合理的试验方式,即是根据要求的试验状态和施力方向,采用直径为48—54mm、高径比为1.0的圆柱形或立方体试样,对较坚硬样选用直径1mm的钢丝作垫条,对于软弱样选用宽度与直径比为0.08-0.1的胶木条作垫条试验。此方法装置简单,易于操作,测试结果稳定,能较准确地反映岩石的真实性质。
After many experiments via splitting method for tensile strength of rock, the authors consider that the testing samples should be a cube or a cylinder with a diameter of 48 - 54 mm, ratio of height and diameter 1.0. The cushion may be steel wire with a diameter of 1 mm for hard rock sample or a bakelite slate with ratio of width to diameter at 0. 08 -0. 1 when the rock sample is relatively weak.
