胃肠镜下电治疗胃结肠息肉临床分析

Clinical analysis of electricity treating gastrointestinal tract polyp under gastrointestinal endoscope

目的评价热极、微波、高频电、氩气刀4种方法治疗胃肠道息肉的治疗效果及其优势。方法经内镜采用4种电治疗法治疗胃肠道息肉2 378颗,并进行临床分析。结果依据息肉大小部位及形态选择适当治疗方法和不同的操作技巧,有利于内镜下便捷、安全治疗,并获得最好的疗效。结论对胃肠道不同息肉,选择使用4种方法能获得良好的临床疗效。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and advantages of 4 methods including caloric pole, microwave, high frequency electric and argon knife in the treatment of gastrointestinal tract polyp. Methods Four electricity methods were used to treat 2 378 gastrointestinal tract polyps. The therapeutic effects were clinically analysed. Results The correct selection of therapy method and the different operative technique based on size, location and morphosis of polyp were helpful for convenient and safe treatment and best therapeutic effect under endoscope. Conclusion For different gastrointestinal tract polyps, reasonable selection of treatment methods can attain satisfactory clinical effect.
