异常血脂脂蛋白电泳谱研究

摘要 目的对异常血脂症脂蛋白电泳谱的研究。方法把异常血脂症按高胆固醇(TCH)、高甘油三酯(TG)、低高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、混合升高、高LP(a)分为5型,利用全自动电泳仪,琼脂糖凝胶电泳法进行电泳后染色,自动扫描仪扫描出HDL、VLDL、LDL和LP(a)电泳谱并与正常对照各组分比较。结果高TCH型均无显著改变(P>0.05);高TG型VLDL显著增高(P<0.01),HDL、LDL二者显著降低(P<0.01);低HDL-C型则表现在HDL显著降低(P<0.01);混合型HDL显著降低(P<0.01)、VLDL显著升高(P<0.01);高LP(a)型HDL轻度降低(0.01<P<0.05),并出现LP(a)带。结论脂蛋白电泳谱在简易5型分类中有其特殊的表现形式,对预防和治疗异常血脂症有重要作用。 Objective To study lipoprotein electrophoresis patterns in abnormal lipids. Methods Abnormal lipids were classfied as five types : hypercholesterolemia( TCH), hypertriglyceridemia (TG), low-HDL-mia (HDL-C), MHL and hyper-lipo (a)-mia [ LP (a)]. Cholesterol in lipoprotein fasting serum was measured by agarose gel electropboresis with auto electropbresis apparatus,then stainned and scanned as electropboresis patterns including HDL, VLDL, LDL and LP(a) by automatic scaning apparatus. The results were compared with the corresponding components of normal controls. Results Compared with normal controls,TCH was not significantly higher (P〉0.05) ;the contents of VLDL in TG was significantly higher (P〈0.01), but HDL, LDL were significantly lower (P〈0.01). HDL decrease significantly in HDL-C(P〈0.01). Both HDL and VLDL were decreased significantly in the MHL (P〈0.01) ; HDL was decreased lightly (P〉0.05 and P〈0.01) and zone of LP(a) occurred in the type of LP(a). Conclusion Lipoprotein electropboresis patterns have characteristic forms in five simple and easy classification and have important role in the prevention and therapy of abnormal lipids.
