农村党支部是党在农村的基层组织,农村党支部的凝聚力和战斗力如何,影响到党在群众中的威信和形象,影响到党的路线方针政策在广大农村的贯彻落实。建设社会主义新农村,就必须切实加强和改进农村基层党组织建设,不断增强基层组织的凝聚力、创造力、战斗力。如何按照中央的要求,采取一系列有效措施,提高农村基层党组织战斗力,是当前各级党委面临的一项迫切的任务。

As a grass-roots unit in the system of rural Party organizations, the cohesion and working capabilities of the village Party branch will affect the Party＇ s prestige and image in rural dwellers as well as the implementation of the Party＇s policies and principles in the rural areas. The important task set by the Central Party is to construct a new socialist countryside by strengthening and improving the construction of village Party branches and promoting their cohesion, creativity and working capabilities. It is also a pressing task to take effective measures to that end in accordance with the demands of the Central Party.
