制造业技术创新能力综合评价——基于苏州的实证研究

A Comprehensive Evaluation of Technological Innovation Capacities of Manufacturing Industry: A Positivist Study of Suzhou

产业技术创新能力的大小会影响到产业的发展前景和发展速度,同时会影响到国民经济的发展速度。而影响产业技术创新能力的因素主要有产业技术创新环境、产业技术创新行为和产业技术创新绩效三个方面,所以从这三个方面选取具有代表性的指标,运用层次分析法确定指标的权重,通过产业技术创新水平指数、发展指数和协调指数,可以对产业技术创新能力进行综合评价,为相关部门提供决策依据。

Technological innovation capacities of manufacturing industry may affect the prospect and speed of the industrial development as well as the national economic growth. And the major factors affecting technological innovation capacities include the environment, behaviors, yields and efficiency of technological innovation. This paper selects representative indexes from the above mentioned factors and decides the proportion of every index by the hieratical analyzing process. This paper finally makes a comprehensive evaluation of the technological innovation capacities of manufacturing industry by analyzing its level index, development index and harmony index.
