Through carrying out contrastive analysis of two levels regulations and management on construction ordinances and its technology regulations in Anglo-Chinese Construction Technology laws, the paper sets forth the characteristics and the differences of Anglo-Chinese construction technology laws and the standard, and puts forward the corresponding proposal to our country＇s construction technology laws and the standard regulations.
