摘要
基于简支梁理论,采用有限元分析软件Workbench对凸轮-滚轮传动过程中接触力的分布规律进行研究,提出了以中间直段加两端圆弧的滚轮外廓形状取代圆柱外形并匹配最佳结构尺寸的办法,使某型号发动机研制过程中喷油泵凸轮-滚轮的接触疲劳失效问题得以解决。
Based on the theory of simply supported beam, the study on distribution rule of contact force between cam and idler wheel was conducted by using the software Workbench. The method that changing the configuration and replacing the profile appearance from column to circular-arc and making the dimensions optimize was put forward. It made the contact fatigue failure problem that have taken place in the development and manufacture process of engineer solved.
