W形结构缠绕垫片压缩-回弹性能的研究 被引量:12

摘要 在V形结构的基础上,通过简化力学模型的受力分析,建立力与变形之间的关系,从而获得W形结构的弹性变形公式。通过与V形结构弹性变形公式的比较,采用5.5 mm、6.0 mm、6.5 mm宽的平钢带进行厚度为4.5 mm标准系列缠绕垫片的合理结构设计,在确定的工艺参数(钢带切向拉紧力为14.7 N、径向压紧力0.25 MPa)和组合安装按GB 4622.3-93规定的条件下,对304+柔性石墨内外环缠绕垫片进行压缩-回弹性能试验。结果表明:W形金属柔性石墨缠绕垫片的回弹性能优越于V形,且强度和刚度较大,在高压、危险工况、预紧载荷较大的法兰连接系统条件下使用更加安全可靠;W形金属柔性石墨缠绕垫片的回弹性高出国标十几个百分点,达到了国际先进水平。 On the basis of V structure,through analyzing the press from the model of mechanics predigested, a relation between strength and transmutation was set up, and the formula of elasticity transmutation of W structure was obtained. Through comparing it with the formula of elasticity transmutation of V structure, the reasonable structure of gasket enlaced that the thickness is4. 5 mm standard series was designed by making use of even metal strip that the width is 5.5 mm,6. 0 mm and 6. 5 mm. By determining the technology parameter( metal strip tangential tension 14. 7 N, and radial compression 0. 25 MPa) and compounding setting as the standard of GB 4622. 3-93 ,the compression-recovery performance test for inner outer ring spiral wound gaskets of 304 + flexible graphite was performed. The result shows that recovery-performance of W- shape is superior to V-shape, and its strength and toughness are larger. On high pressure and danger condition, and on flange connecting system of higher pre-tighten load condition W-shape is more safe and reliable. Recovery performance of W-shape matallic flexible graphite spiral wound gasket exceeds over ten percentage on nation standard and reaches international advanced level.
