摘要
介绍了船舶艉轴密封装置密封原理,通过对船舶艉轴密封装置橡胶密封圈失效形貌特征及装置失效部位密封结构的实例分析,探讨了该类O形橡胶密封圈失效的原因,并提出了相应的改进措施。分析表明,橡胶圈压缩率偏大,橡胶环及与其接触部件的材质硬度偏低和加工精度不够,密封沟槽宽度偏大,磨粒侵入和润滑不良是导致艉轴密封装置O形橡胶密封圈失效的主要原因。
The theory of shaft seal of ship was introduced. Based on observing the exterior characteristic and analyzing the sealing configuration of invalidated O type rubber sealing rings, the invalidation reasons of the rings was analyzed,improving methods were presented. The results show that larger rubber ring compression ratio, lower material hardness and machining precision of rubber ring and its contact components, tion are the main reasons that result in the invalidation of rings larger seal groove width, debris invasion and poor lubricastem shaft sealing.
