摘要
老字号餐饮企业都有着悠久的历史,文化积淀厚重,是传统商业中的瑰宝,然而老字号现实的经营状况却不容乐观.大多企业体制陈旧、生产落后、品牌意识模糊、营销观念落后,经营出现了危机。保护与发展餐饮老字号已刻不容缓。政府应给予大力支持,企业应全面开拓创新、弘扬企业文化、实施品牌战略。
Old-name catering industry commonly has a long history with thick and heavy cultural sediments. It is the gems of traditional commerce. However, the managing condition now in reality cannot be said to be optimistic. For the majority of these enterprises their system has been outmoded, production falls behind, brand consciousness is obscure and marketing concept has not been rejuvenated, and as a result, managing crisis appears. So the protection and boosting of oldname catering industry has become an urgent task. In this sense, government ought to give great support and old- name enterprises also have to innovate their trade in all - round way, expand enterprise culture and exercise brand strategy.
