摘要
快餐是餐饮业的朝阳产业,标准化的研究和实施是中式快餐发展壮大的先决条件,是与洋快餐相抗衡的有效武器。我国现代中式快餐标准化面临着诸多的问题,研究解决这些问题的方法,是现代中式快餐发展的必由之路。
Fast food is an uprising branch of the food and beverage service industry. Research and implementation of standardization predetermines the development of modem Chinese fast food, which is expected to be a strong withstand against the importation of foreign fast food. Modern Chinese restaurants face numerous problems. Explorations into these problems and findings of the solutions are the only way out for modern Chinese fast food industries.
