介绍了美国Pavilion科技公司Pavilion8非线性多变量控制器在扬子石化股份有限公司塑料厂2PP聚丙烯装置上的应用,说明了控制器的功能设计,以及建模特点和效益,最后简要说明实施APC技术的体会。
A successful application of the Non-linear Multiple Variable Process Control Technology at the Yangzi Petrochemical Co. Ltd. Second PP Unit is presented. It is focus on modeling characteristics of the Non - linear MPC technology and the controller function design. The benefits from APC are showed also.
