《商君书》的成书与命名考辨

The Textual Research of Shangjunshu's Compiling and Naming

关于《商君书》的编成时间、编者及命名等问题一直存在争议。本文认为它的成书上限应为前260年,而下限则难以断定;编者当为商鞅后学或商鞅学派无疑,后又经刘向手校,编定为二十九篇。它最初应无名,至刘向校定,始以《商君》为其书名,后又变为《商君书》、《商子》。

About Shangjunshu＇s compiling time, compiler and naming question and so on always has the dispute. The author thought the upper limit of its compiling should be 260 BC., but it is difficult to define its lower limit. Without a doubt, the compiler must be Shangyang school. Later the book was collated by Liu Xiang personally to be a collection of 29 articles： It should not be have name initially. After Liu Xiang＇s collating, only then take ＂Shangjun＂ as its book＇s title, latter becomes Shangjunshu, Shangzi.
