摘要
本文在考察故训旧注的基础上,对《论语》“御人以口给”的“给”和“君子欲讷于言而敏于行”的“敏”进行了新的解释。认为“给”有“捷”义,不训为“足”、“供给”或“辩”;“敏”应解作“勉”,不训为敏疾之“疾”。
Basedon-old annotaiions, thepa;er gives new explanation to "(gei)" in "御人以口给" and "敏(min)" in "君子欲讷于言而敏于行". It shows that "给(gei)" has the meaning of "捷(jie)" instead of "足(zu)", "供给(gongji)" or "辩(bian)", and "敏(min)" has the meaning of "勉(mian)" instead of "疾(ji)" in "敏疾(minji)".
