摘要
针对总氮测定时遇到试验空白值偏高的情况,分析了实验环境、实验用水、试剂、玻璃器皿、消解过程以及所用设备等方面对空白值的影响,并提出减少空白值的对策。在测定总氮时,严格规范操作,遇到空白值较高时,要多做空白实验的比对,查找产生偏离的原因,减少实验误差,保证实验结果的准确性。
The author makes analysis about the influences of experiment environment, experimental water, reagent, glassware, counteraction and other factors on blank value during total nitrogen determination, and put forwards some concrete methods for reducing blank value. During total nitrogen determination, examination norm should be obeyed strictly. In cases of higher blank values, more blank experiments are needed to make to find reasons for deviation to reduce experiment error and ensure accuracy of experiment results.
