摘要
本文详细介绍了一种高速脉冲展宽电路的电路结构、基本原理、技术特性,并与一般的二级管脉冲展宽器进行了比较,文章也对电路在其结构和特点方面进行了有关的理论分析。
Gererally,a didoe pulse expander has a speed limitation when expending those fast and narrow input pules be-cause of its resistance,A fast expander is designed to improve the speed porformance,The principle of circuit is based on the amplification effect of transistor.The time-constant of this circuit is(l+βtimes less than that of a diode ex-pander.So,it has a good Iinearity to those input pulse whose width is less than 5 ns.
