摘要
契约学习充分体现了“以人为本”的教育理念。它既是一种以学习契约为载体的教育组织形式,又是一种教育方法。在体育教学中开展契约学习,更加尊重学生的个体差异,尊重受教育者的个性发展,突出学生的主体地位,给学生提供宽容、支持、和谐的人文环境,培育学生具有完整人格。
Contractual learning fully shows the "people--oriented" teaching concept. It is not only a teaching type of organization, which takes contractual learning as carrier, but also a teaching method. Applying the contractual learning in the physical teaching will morn appreciate the individual differences of students, more appreciate the individual development, and protrude the dominance of students. Then it further provides tolerant, supportive and harmonious humane surroundings, and fosters the students to have integrated personality.
