Monitoring of cerebral injury in patients undergoing cardiac surgery

摘要 心脏手术后出现的神经系统并发症已经引起人们的重视。近年来开展的近红外线光谱测定、质子磁共振频谱等测定技术以及S100蛋白、神经元特异性烯醇化酶等生化指标有助于了解围术期的脑损伤状况;脑组织氧分压、颈静脉氧饱合度的动态监测可反映脑缺血和缺氧状态。 Extensive attention has been paid on the nervous system complications in patients undergoing cardiac surgery. In recent years, monitoring techniques such as near-infrared spectroscopy, ^1 H-magnetic esonanee spectroscopy and biochemical indexes such as protein S100, specific enolase in neuron are applied to evaluate the status of cerebral injury. Dynamic monitoring of partial pressure of brain tissue oxygen and jugular bulb oxygenation is able to reflect the situation of cerebral ischemia and anoxia.
