摘要
文章介绍了冶金工厂的大型交流电动机在使用的过程中,通过对交流电动机损耗进行分析,提出了采用磁性槽泥(楔)、更换节能风扇、换装新型定子绕组和采用新的绝缘材料等节能技术改造的方法,对企业电气设备管理和节能降耗工作具有一定的参考价值。
This study has introduced that in the process of the large-scale alternating-current motor of the metallurgy factory uses ,passing the analysis wasting to the alternating-current motor, to suggest these method of energy-efficient technology reforms that adopt the magnetism slot mud(or slot wedge),and to change the energy conservation electric fan,and to change the dress new model stator winding and to adopt the new insulating material. Electricity equipment control and the saving energy and reducing consumption job have certain reference value to enterprise.
