摘要
从“绿色建筑”理念出发,在比较研究国外绿色建筑评估体系的基础上,针对我国建筑发展现状,提出分阶段和Q-L二维评价的绿色建筑评估体系;综合采用AHP方法及Delphi专家咨询法,对绿色建筑评估的指标体系、权重体系及适应性进行了研究;有针对性地进行了能源、建材和水等各专项的技术专题研究;开发了配套的绿色建筑评估软件和包括建材、绿化和结构体系等在内的基础数据库;从而建立了适合我国国情的科学的绿色建筑评估体系。通过在30多个工程项目中的试点评估,以及在多部国家和地方标准中的应用,检验了评估体系的可操作性。
Based on concept of"green building" and comparison of green building assessment system at home and abroad, the author puts forward green building assessment system by stages and with Q-L two-dimensional appraisal. It comprehensively adopts AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method and Delphi method to make study of the index system, weight system and adaptability of green building assessment; makes technical monographic study of energy resources, building materials and water etc. with a clear aim; develops subsidiary software for green building assessment and basic data bank including building materials, greening and structure system. Therefore establishes scientific green building assessment system conforming to the domestic reality. Through test assessment of more than 30 projects and applications to many national and local standards, the operability of system is successfully examined.
