摘要
目的建立大鼠部分肝移植模型。方法采用雄性SD大鼠,二袖套法行全肝移植和部分肝移植,分析手术情况和术后存活情况。结果全肝移植组和部分肝移植组2天存活率分别为88%(22/25)和68%(17/25);1周存活率分别为80%(20/25)和52%(13/25)。结论大鼠部分肝移植是目前研究活体肝移植和劈离式肝移植肝再生的理想模型,本研究采用改良方法成功建立了大鼠部分肝移植模型。
Purpose To establish a model of partial liver transplantation (PLT) in rats. Methods PLT and full-size liver transplantation (LT) were performed in male SD rats using the two-cuff method. Operation parameters and survival rate were observed and analyzed. Results Two-day survival rate was 88% (22/25) and 68% (17/25), respectively in LT and PLT, and one-week survival rate was 80% (20/25) and 52% (13/25) respectively. Conclusions PLT in rats provides a suitable model for studying liver regeneration in split liver or living donor transplantation. In the study modified techniques were used to establish the model of PLT in rats successfully.
