摘要
使用基于RFID技术的电子关锁系统,用它代替传统的铅制封条对转关集装箱进行电子监控管理,可大大提高转关效率。本文结合江苏张家港和福建厦门等海关电子关锁的实际应用,对比了目前海关使用的电子关锁与传统关锁的性能优势,介绍了电子关锁的主要功能特点,系统架构及运行方式,数据处理流程。并对流程上的防伪锁、商业封志兼容、多种业务形式需求等关键问题进行分析及解决。
The current speedy customs clearance for transcustoms-boundary transportation of cargoes adopts one-time lead sealing, so its operation cost is expensive, and its safety and working efficiency are too low, these measures cannot satisfy the custom's surveying management. Implementation of electronic customs lock on the basis of RFID will greatly improve efficiency of customs clearance for transcustoms-boundary transportation of cargoes instead of traditional way. This article introduces some important functions such as system's framework, operation way, digital process, etc of electronic customs lock by comparison of advantages of this lock adopted by Jiangsu and Xiamen customs. This article also analyzes some key problems concerning anti- fake locks, compatibility of commercial sealing and multi- functional services.
