摘要 随着机械产品市场的激烈竞争,热处理生产技术发展神速。美国2020年热处理技术发展路线图的制定和实施更加速了这个进程。作者从工艺、设备、材料、传感器、模型和软件工具等5个方面论述了热处理新技术发展近况,以引起国内热处理工作者的注意,促进我国热处理行业“十一.五”规划的实现,加速我国热处理生产技术的进步。 Along with the sharp competition in machinery market, the practical technology of heat treatment is developing vigorously. The formulation and implementation of "US Heat Treating Technology Roadmap" accelerates this process. The author describes a recent development status of heat treatment new technologies from processes, equipments, materials, sensors, moulds and software tools etc. five fields in order to bring to our heat treaters attention, and promote to realize "11^th five years plan"of our heat treating community and accelerate progress of our heat treating production technologies.
