固溶温度对Cu-Zn-Al-Zr合金低频阻尼性能的影响

摘要 研究了固溶温度(650~900℃)对Cu-Zn-Al-Zr合金低频阻尼性能的影响。结果表明,随固溶温度升高,合金的阻尼性能提高,在800℃达到最大值,对数衰减率6约为0.12;继续升高温度,合金的阻尼性能下降。随应变振幅γmax增大,当γmax〈1.5×10^-4时,阻尼迅速增加;当1.5×10^-4〈γmax〈3×10^-4时,阻尼增加缓慢;当γmax〉3×10^-4时,阻尼趋于稳定。 The effects of solution temperature (650 -900℃ ) on Cu-Zn-Al-Zr alloy damping capacity at low-frequency were studied. The results show that with the increase of solution temperature, the damping capacity of the alloy increases and reaches maximum (logarithmic decrement δ≈0. 12) at 800 ℃, and then decreases. With the increase of strain amplitude γmax, the damping capacity increases sharply when γmax is below 1.5 × 10^-4, then increases slightly when γmax is between 1.5 × 10^-4 and 3 × 10^-4, and becomes stable when γmax is above 3 × 10^-4
