摘要
4Cr10Si2Mo钢气门在电镦过程出现质量问题,对其化学成分、硬度和显微组织进行了分析。结果表明,由于球化不良而产生的不均匀带状碳化物是造成气门电镦质量问题的重要因素之一。通过改进球化退火工艺,使4Cr10Si2Mo钢的显微组织中的碳化物形态、分布得到改善,气门电镦的质量有了明显的提高。
The chemical composition, hardness and microstructure of the 4Cr10Si2Mo steel engine gas valves with quality problems incurred during electric upsetting were analyzed. The results show that the uneven distribution banded carbide due to abnormal spheroidization is one of important factors causing the quality problems of the valves after electric upsetting. The carbide morphology and distribution in the microstructure of 4Cr10Si2Mo steel have been improved through the improvement of spheroidizing annealing process, and the quality of the valves after electric upsetting is obviously enhanced.
