摘要
对铸钢15-5PH法兰盘表面抛丸后皱皮的产生原因进行了分析。结果表明,法兰盘真空热处理后表面出现局部增碳现象,从而引起法兰盘的表面组织发生变化,导致零件表面的耐腐蚀性不均匀。酸洗后零件表面由于侵蚀程度不一致,致使表面出现严重的皱皮现象。
Cause of the surface wrinkling of flange made of 15-5PH cast steel was studied. The results show that there are local carbon increasing on the surface,which results in the microstructure non-homogeneity, and the non-uniformity of the corrosion resistance of the flange surface after acid pickling, so leads to wrinkling of the flange surface due to the non-coincidently etching.
