摘要 目前,国内电能计费方法原理上是基于加权平均功率因数的,无法反映用户的时变负载特性,收费时不能区分不同性质负载的用户并进行分别处理。针对这个缺点,提出一种计及精确化功率因数的电能计量方法。它由微处理器实时计算负载有功功率和瞬时功率因数,然后根据功率因数调整标准计算出力调电费率,最后累加计及精确化功率因数的电能量。介绍了目前计及功率因数和计及精确化功率因数2种电能计量算法,并用这2种方法分别对现场数据进行计算,分析出计及精确化功率因数的电能计量方法更为科学合理的理由。通过对现场数据进行计算和分析,结果表明所提出的方法能更好地反映用户的时变负载特性。该方法算法简单,电能计费更加科学,能有效地提高用户合理节约用电的积极性。 At present, since the method used in the pricing of electric energy is based on the weighted mean power factor in China, the time-varying load characteristics of users cannot be reflected. Therefore, the users of the different load characteristics cannot be differentiated and treated with respectively in the way of the pricing of electric energy. To overcome this defect, a method of electric metering considering accurate power factor is presented. The active power and instantaneous power factor are computed timely by the means of MCU, then the adjusting electric-fare ratio is also computed with the standards of power factor, and the electric energy considering accurate power factor can be accumulated in the end. Two kinds of electric metering algorithms are introduced as the current algorithm of electric metering considering power factor and the algorithm of electric metering considering accurate power factor. Then the local data using the two kinds of methods are computed respectively. Moreover, it is analyzed that the method of electric metering considering accurate power factor is more scientific and reasonable. According to the computation of and analysis on the local data, the result indicates that the method proposed can better reflect the time-varying load characteristics. It is proved that the method above has the characteristics of the simple algorithm and scientific electric metering, so it can promote the positive incentives of users effectively to use electric energy rationally and frugally.
