磷酸化STAT3和磷酸化ERK1/2在隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤中的表达及其意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的:确定磷酸化STAT3和磷酸化ERK1/2蛋白在DFSP中表达的意义。方法:采用免疫组化ABC的方法检测磷酸化STAT3和磷酸化ERK1/2蛋白在25例DFSP和20例皮肤纤维瘤切片中的表达。结果:在25例DFSP包埋切片中有17例p-STAT3表达阳性,19例p-ERK1/2表达阳性,而在20例皮肤纤维瘤中有5例p-STAT3表达阳性,4例p-ERK1/2表达阳性;p-STAT3和p-ERK1/2在DFSP中的阳性表达明显高于其在皮肤纤维瘤中的阳性表达(P<0.01)。结论:p-STAT3和p-ERK1/2在DFSP的肿瘤发病机制中可能起重要作用。 Objective: To determine the expression of STAT3 and ERK1/2 of phosphorylation (p- STAT3 and p - ERK1/2) protein in dermatofibmsarcoma pmtuberans (DFSP). Methods: The expression of p- STAT3 and p- ERK1/2 protein was measured by immunohistochemistry ABC staining in formalin - fixed, paraffin - embedded tissue sections of DFSP and dermatofibroma. Results: While 17 and 19 out of 25 cases of DFSP expressed p- STAT3 and p - ERK1/2 respectively, 5 and 4 out of 20 cases of dermatofibroma expressed p - STAT3 and p - ERK1/2 respectively. The expression rates of p- STAT3 and p- ERK1/2 were significantly higher in DFSP than in dermatofibroma (P 〈0.01). Condusion: The results demonstrate that the over- expression of p - STAT3 and p - ERK1/2 may play a prominent role in the oncogenesis of DFSP.
