摘要 目的:探讨中国天津地区中老年男性骨密度的影响因素。方法:用双能X线吸收测量法测量82例中老年男性(47~75岁)腰椎2~4骨密度和全身骨密度,并用放免法检测血清激素水平。结果:校正年龄和体质量指数后,骨密度与睾酮(P<0.01)、雌二醇(P<0.05)呈正相关,与瘦素(P<0.05)呈负相关,与胰岛素无关。多元线性回归分析,仅年龄、体质量指数、瘦素与骨密度相关。结论:中老年男性的瘦素是影响骨密度的主要因素,并推测瘦素与骨密度的相关性可能较性激素更强。 Objective: To investigate the effect factors of bone mineral density (BMD) in middle-aged and aged men in Tianjin China. Methods: BMD at lumber spine 2-4 and total bone were measured by DXA and the serum hormone concentration was measured by RIA in 82 (47-75) middle-aged and aged men. Results: BMD positively correlated to testosterone (P 〈 0.01) and estradinl (P 〈 0.05), negatively correlated to leptin (P 〈 0.05), and no significant difference between BMD and insulin after controlling for age and body mass index. Only age, BMI and leptin correlated to BMD by multiple regression analysis. Conclusion: Leptin is a main effect factor of BMD in middle-aged and aged men, and it may be more correlated to BMD than sex hormones.
