缺血修饰白蛋白与冠状动脉狭窄程度分析 被引量:6

摘要 近年缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)作为灵敏的缺血指标在国外受到广泛关注,国内研究刚刚起步。它是第一个被FDA批准销售的心肌缺血标记物。ACB试验(albumin cobalt binding test,ACB)测定IMA主要是根据心肌缺血时人血清白蛋白N末端与钴离子的结合力会下降而测定。本研究通过测定心肌缺血患者血清IMA水平并与健康对照组比较,结合冠状动脉造影结果。探讨IMA水平与冠状动脉病变狭窄程度的关系。
