不同灌注软件对正常人肾脏灌注的比较研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:评价正常人肾脏CT灌注成像的可行性和准确性,分析不同灌注软件测得数据的异同。方法:采用Siemens 64层螺旋CT机对24例没有肾脏疾病的受检者进行双肾灌注扫描。原始数据分别经Siemens、Philips及GE灌注软件进行处理,对双侧肾脏灌注指标进行比较,同时对不同灌注软件测得的同一灌注参数进行比较。结果:左肾与右肾皮质的同一灌注指标无明显差异;不同软件测得的主动脉峰值、达峰时间,肾皮质的最大增强值和达峰时间之间无显著性差异,而肾皮质血流量之间和血容量之间有显著差异。结论:肾脏CT灌注成像能够准确地反映出肾脏的血流灌注特点,不同软件测得的数据在一定程度上具有一致性。 Objective: To assess the feasibility and accuracy of CT perfusion of normal human kidneys and compare the perfusion parameters acquired with different perfusion softwares. Methods: Twenty-four healthy subjects without renal problems underwent CT perfusion on a 64-slice CT of Siemens. The raw data was calculated with software of Siemens, Philips and GE respectively and the perfusion characteristic parameters acquired were compared. The perfusion parameters of bilateral kidneys were also compared. Results: There was no significant difference in the same parameter between bilateral kidneys. There was also no difference in aortic peak aortic enhancement(PAE) and time to peak(TTP), renal peak enhancement(PE) and TIP among different softwares. Obvious difference existed in renal blood flow (BF) and blood volume (BV) among different softwares. Conclusion: CT perfusion is a feasible and accurate technique to assess renal blood perfusion. Perfusion parameters acquired with different softwares have concordance to some extent.
