摘要
利用单向铺层模压工艺制备了M40-T300/BADCy单向层内和层间混杂复合材料,研究了混杂方式、混杂比及铺层顺序对混杂复合材料的拉伸性能、弯曲性能及层间剪切性能的影响规律。结果发现,层内混杂复合材料的性能介于两种单一复合材料之间,T300纤维含量越高,强度越大,M40纤维含量越高,则模量越大。以T300纤维为芯层,M40纤维为外层的层间混杂复合材料([(M40)1/(T300)3]S)具有与M40/BADCy复合材料相近的弯曲模量及与T300/BADCy复合材料相近的层间剪切强度,适合作为航天飞行器结构材料使用。
Interply and intraply hybrid composites based on Bisphenol A Dicyanate ester (BADCy) and T300-M40 fiber were prepared by monofilament press moulding process. Mechanical properties ( tensile, flexural and interlaminar shear) and SEM analysis of fracture surfaces of hybrid composites with different fiber content and fiber arrangement were investigated. It was found that the mechanical properties of intraply hybrid composites were mainly dependent on the fiber content. While the mechanical properties of interply hybrid composite mainly rely on the fiber arrangement. The hybrid composites with T300 laid on the outside layers possessed high flexural strength. When M40 was laid on the outside layer and T300 in the middle, the hybrid composite ( [ ( M40 )x/(T300)y ] s ) would possess high flexural modulus and high interlaminar shear strength.
